The future of Langhe’s hills

Our new olive grove in the Langheis a project that combines respectfor the land and a long-term vision
Welcome in our new groove.
In the heart of the Langhe, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, a project is born that combines agricultural innovation, respect for the territory, and a long-term vision.
Where the hills trace perfect curves and the sun gently touches the vineyards, we chose to plant carefully selected olive varieties. Frantoio, Leccino, Grignan and Leccio del Corno are particularly well suited to the hilly climate and to the challenges of an ever-changing environment. Maurino and Pendolino join them as pollinators.
The olive tree, a symbol of peace and resilience, now takes on a new challenge: producing authentic extra virgin olive oil, 100% from the Langhe, that speaks the same language as the great wines that have made this land famous.
This is about more than simply growing olive trees. It is about regenerating, respecting and enhancing the landscape. The olive grove blends naturally into the vineyards, contributing to biodiversity, protecting the soil and creating a new balance between agriculture, nature and culture.

From the field to the bottle.
An olive grove designed to become a place for immersive experiences, where sustainability and landscape come together.
The goal is clear: to create high-quality extra virgin olive oil through a short, fully traceable supply chain, from field to bottle. In the coming years, we plan to establish a local olive mill and offer immersive experiences, including visits, tastings, hands-on harvesting and workshops.
Our olive grove is also an invitation to experience the Langhe in a new way. It will be a place open to anyone who wants to discover the secrets of olive oil, walk among the trees, taste the fruits of this land and share a vision of sustainability, authenticity and beauty.
