EVOO Ice Cream
At Tutto Food 2026 we wanted to stand out once again. In collaboration with the Enrietto, the ice cream shop, EVOO Ice Cream was born: the offering of tasting extra virgin olive oil on a simple “fiordilatte” ice cream has been the new launch.
Just milk
Free of any thickeners and preservatives, this ice cream is freshly prepared on the spot and consumed immediately. Composed only of milk and honeydew, if left to dissolve it returns to having the appearance of pure and simple milk.
It can be accompanied by many flavors including extra virgin olive oil.
The exhibition
Milan was the venue for the meeting of many B2B operators from the international Food & Beverage community. A unique opportunity for exchange that allowed us to introduce Meriggio and the Ulivi in Langa project not only to our partners but also to all the professionals present.
